It was a proud moment for Sri Saradha Devi Ashram when our children participated in the SUKMA 2022 Silambam Selangor State Selection.

Children had the opportunity to display their Silambam skills and talents as well as to build their confidence in facing their opponents. We had Nagaletchumy Allegesen from our association, who won third place for Gombak district. Although none of them made through the selection to the National Level, we are proud that they gave their best performances despite being new in this field against their opponents who are mostly black-belt holders.

We believe this experience and exposure will guide them to perform better in upcoming tournaments.

It is truly a proud moment for Sri Saradha Ashram as Kirrtanah Sambamurthi from our association will now be pursuing her Degree in Early Childhood Education at a prominent University in Selangor starting September 2021. 

Kirrtanah who joined Sri Saradha Devi Ashram at a tender age of 7, was a student of SJK Tamil Rawang prior to continuing her STPM in SMK Seri Garing. Now, she has successfully moved on a step closer in achieving her dreams and goals. 

We would like to congratulate Kirrtanah and wish her all the best in all her future undertakings. 
Let’s get going… more achievements and success stories to come💐!

On 14 February 2018, two children from our association have won gold medals in race held at their School’s Sports Day. They are Kanageswary and Kavipriya. Their victory was celebrated in conjunction with PUSPANITA’s welfare program at our association. YBhg Puan Sri Datuk Seri Rohani Abdullah honored these two children during the event. It was truly a memorable celebration for our association and the kids ☺☺☺!
